All glass in our 2nds are sold at a discounted price and may not be returned or refunded. 2nds are placed into the outlet store when there are any imperfections such as heat bubbles, scratches, handmade marks, or a blue tint around the edges of the glass, etc.
Seconds are great for decoupage enthusiasts because the art of decoupage disguises any unwanted marks. These products are also great for beginners who are practicing the art of glass decorating.
